For the reasons stated in the applications, considering the facts and circumstances of the present applications, a case for grant of interim relief is made out subject to the appellants depositing the entire decretal amount along with interest with the Reference Court within 12 weeks from today. Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b'. 5.

However, it is made clear that if the appellants fails to deposit the amount within the aforesaid period, the interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court and the Executing Court shall forthwith proceed with the execution of the Award.

The Interim Applications stand disposed of.
