This interim application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 184 days in filing the aforesaid first appeal assailing the judgment and award dated 07 December 2023 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 771 of 2015.

We have perused the averments as made in the application. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the delay is condoned. It is accordingly condoned, however, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the appellant to respondent no.1, which shall be done within a period of two weeks from today.

Hence the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Disposed of.
