Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant. Mr. Bohade, learned counsel appears for the respondents. He seeks time to take instructions. 2.

Mr. Joshi submits that the award amount along with the accrued interest shall be deposited with the Registry within a period of three weeks from today. Subject to deposit of such amount, the execution proceedings shall remain stayed. 3.

It is clarified that if the award amount is not deposited as ordered, the respondents/claimants are directed to proceed with the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 07 December 2023 as rendered by the MACT, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 771 of 2015.

Liberty to the respondents to move an application praying for withdrawal of the amount.

Let all connected appeals be tagged together as they arise from a common judgment.
