This interim application has been filed seeking a direction to declare the results of the four applicants who had appeared for the 1st year supplementary MBBS examination that was conducted in Summer2024. Our attention is invited to an interim order dated 05.12.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 13264 of 2024 (Dhaneshwari Manav Vikas Mandal & Ors. Vs. National Medical Commission & Ors.). 2.

45 IA-753-2025.doc not object to the passing of a similar order but submits that it should be made subject to outcome of the writ petition. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the result of the applicants for the 1st year supplementary MBBS examination shall be declared. The same would be subject to outcome of the writ petition.
