Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Appellant No.1. 2.

Application is within time and the Application pleads that the deceased Appellant's wife and two sons are already on record as Appellants. As far as the other two sons Prakash Rao and Mahesh Rao are concerned, they have expressed their desire not to participate in the proceedings and therefore by the Interim Application, they are to be added as proforma Respondents and consequential amendment to be carried out.

Considering the pleadings, the Application is allowed. Amendment is permitted as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
