Ms. Manesh, the learned counsel appearing for Petitioner would submit that grievance in respect of 259 employees whom the Petitioner-Union represents has already been redressed on account of issuance of Government Resolution dated 11 October 2024. She would accordingly pray for withdrawal of the claim in respect of 259 employees from the original Complaint (ULP) No.86 of 2007. The Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d) which read thus:

"a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner Union to withdraw the claim in respect of 259 employees from original Complaint (ULP) No.86 of 2007 i.e. whose names are set out in Exhibit C to the Application hereto. katkam Page No.

k 2/2 51 ia 785.25 in wp as.doc b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner Union to prosecute the instant Writ Petition with regard to claims of the 113 employees mentioned in Exhibit D to the Application hereto.

c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition and to annex the list at Exhibit D hereto, as Exhibit "AA" to the Petition, being the employees on whose behalf the Petition is being prosecuted; d) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to amend the prayer clause (b) by replacing the words "in Annexures to the said complaint" by "Exhibit AA to the Petition"."
