Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fresh Civil Application filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1, the present Civil Application does not survive for consideration.

Civil Application is disposed of as withdrawn. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.938 OF 2024.

By this application, the applicant sought extension of time to carry out amendment as permitted by order dated 23rd February 2007. This Court is informed that amendment has already been carried out. In addition, applicants sought deletion of name of petitioner No.4 and impleading of legal heirs of petitioner No.4 as respondent Nos.29 and 30 in Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that legal heirs of petitioner No.4 are served. Today, none appears for them. For the reasons stated in the application delay is condoned. Interim Application is allowed.

Petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment for impleading the opponent Nos.9 and 10 as proposed respondent Nos.29 and 30 in the Writ Petition within a period of two weeks. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.3102 OF 2021.
