The proceedings are before us on the backdrop of the earlier hearing of the present proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no. 2-Pune Municipal Corporation are before the Court placing on record the Minutes of the Order requesting the Court to pass an order in invitum in terms of the Minutes of Order as tendered, which are taken on record and marked 'X" for identification.

We have perused the Minutes of the Order. We accept the request as made on behalf of the petitioner and respondent no. 2 to pass orders in terms of Minutes of Order.

The Minutes of the order are signed by the advocate for the parties as also by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Land Acquisition Department, Pune Municipal Corporation.

We, accordingly, dispose of the petition in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 1 October, 2025.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application would not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
