This is an Application by the tenant (Respondent No. 1 in the Revision Application) seeking permission to deposit an amount of Rs.9,000/- as pending and future rent from January 2023 upto December 2027. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Applicant/landlord submits that instead of depositing the amount in the Court, the amount may be directly paid to the landlord.

Considering the averments, the Application is allowed by directing the Applicant - Noorbanoo Abdul Salam Shaikh to pay Rs.9,000/- by cheque akn 1/2
