This is an application to bring the legal representatives of respondent No.1, who passed away on 20th December, 2023. 3.
The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that, the regal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 have no objection to implead them as party respondents to the application.

Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed.

The delay in taking out the application to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 stands condoned. 6.
The applicant is permitted to amend the application so as to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 on record.

Necessary amendment in accordance with Schedule-A appended to the application be carried out within a period of one week.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(b). 9.
Mr. Karkera, the learned Counsel, waives notice for respondent Nos.1(a) and 1(b).

Amended copy of the application be served on the respondents.
