Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased-Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and for condonation of delay.

The prayer as regards the Respondent No.1 was allowed and the legal heirs are being represented by Mr.Sawant. Office noting indicates that the appearance has been caused on behalf of the legal heir of the Respondent No.2. None appears for the proposedlegal heirs. sa_mandawgad 1 of

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 16 days is condoned. Interim Application stands allowed. Amendment as far as bringing on record the Respondent No.2A, as the legal heir of Respondent No.2 is allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
