The learned Advocate for Applicant has filed this Interim Application No.995 of 2025 to delete the names of old trustees of Respondent No.1 from the cause title and to add new trustees as per schedule annexed.

On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the Advocate for Respondent informed them via letter dated 04/12/2023 that the Respondent Nos.1.1 to 1.17 are the retired trustees of the Respondent trust, and they are no longer assuming the office. Therefore, the Advocate for Applicant prays to delete the names of old Trustees i.e. Respondent Nos.1.1 to 1.17 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application and to add the names of new Trustees i.e. Respondent

Nos.1.1 to 1.17. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.995 of 2025 is allowed as under :-

ORDER

1) The Applicant is permitted to delete the names of Respondent Nos.1.1 to 1.17, from the cause title of Civil Revision Application by adding new names of Respondent Nos.1.1 to 1.17. The Applicant shall carry out amendment within 2 (two) weeks and file amended copy of Civil Revision Application.
