The Interim Application is filed for setting aside Order dated 19th July 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which two weeks' time is granted to remove office objections, failing which registration of the Writ Petition was directed to be refused.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Civil Revision Application is at pre-admission stage. Dusane

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

Resultantly, the Civil Revision Application (St.) No.31808 of 2022 is restored to the file on the condition that the Applicants removes office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.

It is made clear that if office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks, the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. If the office objections are removed within the time granted, Civil Revision Application be placed on board for admission on 18th June 2025.
