Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 87 days caused in preferring the Appeal. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that after the certified copy was received, the papers were sent to the concerned Advocate for purpose of drafting of the Appeal and thereafter, the challan for court fees was received and final notarised copy was sent and in the entire process, delay of 87 days has occurred. She submits that being the Beneficiary Body which is Kolhapur Irrigation Division, there was certain administrative approval to the draft required before the draft could be approved and as such, there is delay of 87 days.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 does not seriously oppose the Application considering the short duration of delay. 4.
