This application is filed seeking restoration of Interim Application No. 15946 of 2022 in First Appeal (st) No. 15945 of 2022. This Court vide order dated 31st July 2023, had adjourned the matter to 11th August 2023 and further directed to remove office objections before that date, failure to remove office objections, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

Learned advocate submits that in fact, the copies were deposited and the objections were removed. However, still the same was not notice on 11th August 2023 and the matter came to be 24-ia-1036-2024.doc varsha

dismissed.
