Learned counsel for the respondent in Writ Petition No. 14176 of 2023 submits that there is a typographical error in mentioning the figures of installments in paragraph no. 9. He has stated the correct figures in the praecipe for speaking to the minutes. 2.

The order dated 29th August 2023 to be corrected by replacing the figures in paragraph no. 9 with the figures as stated in the praecipe.
