Heard learned counsel for the Appellant, who submits that Appellant / Defendant No.1-Amrita Nikki Malhotra has expired. 2.

He submits that this appeal is filed challenging the impugned Order dated 18.12.2023 passed in Notice of Motion No. 2513 of 2016, to the extent it allows prayer clause (a)(ii) of the motion praying for detention of the Appellant in civil prison for breach of injunction under Order 39, Rule 2A of the Civil Procedure Code. 3.

It is not disputed that the Appellant has expired. As such, nothing remains in this Appeal from Order and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
