The added respondent no. 5 is now represented by Mr. Sakhadeo. He has placed on record a communication dated 28 December, 2023 addressed by respondent no. 5 to the Architect of the petitioner requiring certain compliances to be made. A copy of the said letter is also placed on record as also furnished to the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the compliance as sought for are already part of the mining plan which was submitted. 28 February, 2024

Be that as it may, if respondent no. 5 requires any compliance as stated in the said letter, the same be complied by the petitioner within three days from today, so that further appropriate order can be passed. 4.
