In the wake of the order dated 1st December 2023, where the Petitioner was directed to prefer an Application to Respondent Sonali

15-WP-14772-2023.DOC No.5 i.e. Nashik Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Nashik and seek an NOC, we are informed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that by order dated 2nd April 2024, the development permission for stone mining/quarrying is granted in favour of the Petitioner in relation to the land at Mouje Matori, Taluka and District- Nashik with the description set out in the said order. Said No Objection is taken on record and marked it 'X' for identification.

In the wake of the aforesaid, learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed and that the same may be disposed of. 3.

Accepting the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we dispose of the Petition.
