This interim application has been filed seeking a direction to declare the results of the thirty-nine applicants who had appeared for the first year annual Supplementary M.B.B.S. Examination that was conducted in Summer-2024. Our attention is invited to an interim order dated 5th December 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.13264 of 2024 (Dhaneshwari Manav Vikas Mandal & Ors. Vs. Mr. Sachindra Shetye, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.9-MUHS does not object to the passing of a similar order but submits that it should be made subject to outcome of the writ petition. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the results of the applicants for the first year annual Supplementary M.B.B.S. Examination shall be declared. The same would be subject to outcome of the writ petition. 4.
