The parties have arrived at settlement. The original plaintiff and defendant have deposited certain amount in the City Civil Court in Suit No.6153 of 2005 and High Court Suit No.952 of 2005. Both these suits were disposed of by the City Civil Court.

The parties have now agreed to settle the dispute. The parties have also made an application to the Registrar of City Civil Court for giving

HMK 46. FA-326-2019.doc details of the amounts deposited by them alongwith interest due thereon till today.

The Registrar of the City Civil Court is requested that the details sought for by letter dated 15th April, 2026 be furnished to the parties on or before 22nd April, 2026, so that the consent terms can be taken on record by this Court and appeal can be disposed of.

List this matter on 23rd April, 2026.
