Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company and learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 (Original Claimants). 2.

This is an application by the Insurance Company for interim stay to the impugned judgment and award. Learned Counsel for the RespondentClaimants confirms on instructions that pursuant to earlier order of this Court, the Applicant-Insurance Company has deposited an amount of the impugned award.

In view of the said admitted position, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The impugned Judgment and Award dated 26 September 2023 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 101 of 2016 is stayed during the pendency of the Appeal. 4.
