On a perusal of the record, I find that substantiate progress has been made in the arbitral proceedings and there is no delay which is attributable to the arbitral tribunal. Hence, I find that sufficient cause has been made out for granting an extension of time. However, since this is the fourth extension that is sought for, I deem it fit to grant as the last extension only for a period of six months from the date of this order being uploaded. 4.
The parties are directed to cooperate with the arbitral tribunal in ensuring that this time is adhered to.
5.
The captioned Interim Application is thus disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
