This is an Appeal arising out of an injury claim. The Appeal is on the ground of quantum and negligence. There is strong opposition on the part of Insurance Company for withdrawal. 3.

The Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with interest on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

In view of that, Interim Application 11526 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let, both the parties can talk about the settlement. 6.
