We must note that by our order dated 14th June 2024, time was granted to the Respondent to file her Affidavit in Reply to the above Interim Application.

From the papers before us, we find that no reply is on record. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant also stated that no reply has been served upon him. We therefore, stand over the matter to 19th July 2024. We direct that the reply if any, shall be filed on or before 12th July 2024 and the copy of the same shall be served upon the Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant, failing which we will proceed on the basis that Respondent wife has nothing to say in answer to the restoration application. 4.
