Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire award amount along with accrued interest thereon but the said amount is deposited after the expiry of the stipulated period granted by the Court.

In my view, since the entire amount is deposited along with accrued interest thereon after expiry of the stipulated period granted by the Court, the time for depositing the amount is extended. The interim application is accordingly made absolute and disposed of. 3.

The impugned order is stayed till the final disposal of the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM appeal.
