Learned counsels for the parties on instructions submit that the parties want to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. They request that the parties be referred for mediation. 2.

By consent, Mr. D.G. Jagdale, an Advocate practicing at Jaysingpur is appointed as a Mediator. Parties shall bear the cost towards mediation equally. Learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions regarding payment of charges if any.
