Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is being informed by the learned advocate for respondent no.1 that settlement would not be possible in view of large difference between the claim of respondent no.1 towards arrears of society charges and calculations of the petitioner towards arrears. He therefore requests to keep the petition for final hearing. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to place on record the subsequent events by way of filing additional affidavit. He submits that he has already served a copy of additional affidavit to the learned counsel for respondent no.1. Additional affidavit to be filed in the registry.
