The above Interim Application is filed seeking to amend the above Writ Petition in terms of the "Schedule" annexed. The amendment sought is basically to add the "Charity Commissioner, Greater Mumbai" as Respondent No.22 and substitute prayer clause (b) of the above Writ Petition.

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not see any impediment in allowing the same. In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus:

"a) This Application may be allowed;

b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant herein to carry out an amendment to the captioned Writ Petition in terms of the "Schedule" annexed hereto."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Writ Petition be served on all the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
