This application is taken out for amendment of the writ petition which is pending for admission. It is informed that the notice is served on the Respondents and the learned counsel for the Applicants states that Respondent No. 5 is not appearing despite service in the main writ petition. No replies are yet filed. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the amendment is necessitated due to the subsequent developments pending the writ petition. None of the learned counsel for the Respondents have opposed the application.

Accordingly, application for amendment is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks with service of amended petition on the other side. Interim application is disposed of.
