The Interim Application has been taken out to bring on record legal heirs of original Petitioner, as sole Petitioner has passed away on 10th February 2024. The Interim Application is taken out on 18th December 2024. As there is delay in filing the Interim Application, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent strongly opposes the Application. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (e). 2.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amended copy to be served on the Respondent.
