Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

These applications are filed for condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the appeals.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeals were uploaded for filing on 6th September 2024, which was within time. He, however, submits that the Registry approved the filing only on 26th September 2024 with an objection that the appeals are filed after 20 days. He, therefore, submits that these applications are filed for condonation of delay.

In view of the grievance made on behalf of the applicant regarding acceptance of his filing only on 26th September 2024, the Registry is directed to place on record a report regarding the actual date of uploading the papers for filing through e-portal, the date of scrutiny and intimation to the learned advocate for the appellant regarding the objection and the date of filing of the second appeal. 5.

Learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is requested to inquire regarding the grievances made on behalf of the applicant and place on record a report after inquiring with the concerned filing clerk regarding the relevant dates.

List the application on 20th February 2025.

The copy of this order to be forwarded to the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) and learned Registrar CPC for information and necessary action.
