Office has not placed the papers before me today. On 13th February 2024 order was passed in interim application. Writ Petition was directed to be listed today as the mediation proceedings were still going on. Today, I am informed that the mediation has failed. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 in all the petitions, seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply to the writ petition. Affidavit-in-reply to be filed within one week with an advance copy to the respective advocates appearing for rest of the parties.
