The Interim Application has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside the Order dated 23rd December 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), by which two weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which registration of Writ Petition was directed to be refused.

Although Mr. Jain, learned Counsel for the Respondents strongly
66-IA-1575-2025.doc opposes the Interim Application, however, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to the Applicant/Petitioner removing office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today and payment of Rs.10,000/- as cost to the Respondents.
