This Interim Application has been taken up for amendment of the amount of compensation claimed by way of cross-objection thereby totally claiming compensation at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per square meter and further enhancement of Rs.4,050/- in Cross Objections.

Having considered the grounds set out in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed. The Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks no later than October 21, 2024.
