Perused the application and heard the learned Counsel. We find that the delay of 10 days in filing an application for bringing on record the legal heirs has been sufficiently explained. The legal heirs are duly served but they have not chosen to contest the application. 2.
In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). The legal heirs be brought on record within a period of one week from today.
