The relief sought in the present Interim Application is to set aside the order dated 20th July 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.14436 of 2022. By the said order dated 20th July 2023, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Mr. Priyanshu Mishra, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Respondent has been served. Sonali

Mr. Priyanshu Mishra, learned Counsel states that the office objections will be removed within a period of eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Resultantly, the Writ Petition No.14436 of 2022 is restored to file, on the condition that all office objections be removed within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
