This Interim Application is being filed for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition No. 22 of 2019. The Writ Petition was filed in the year 2019 seeking regularization of service of the Petitioners in the Class III category of posts. If the Petitioners succeed, they will be entitled to some pecuniary benefits. It is contended that all the Petitioners are the Senior Citizens and some of them have even crossed the age of 70 years. A case of urgency RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER has accordingly been made out by the Applicants' counsel seeking early hearing of the Writ Petition.
