Respondent No.3 has appeared today through an advocate and who has stated that he will be filing his Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.3. He stated that Vakalatnama will be filed within a period of 1 week from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 has further stated that he would be filing the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of Respondent No.3 also within a period of 1 week from today. He therefore requested that the matter be stood over to 27th February 2025.

Acceding to his request, we direct that Respondent No.3 shall file affidavit-in-reply on or before 25th February 2025 and serve a copy of the same on the advocates for the Petitioner and as well as the other Respondents.
