Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Respondent No. 6 was attempted to be served on the same address at which he was served with the notice of the Tribunal, where he was proceeded ex-parte. Except the said address which is mentioned in the Appeal and the present Application, the Applicant does not know any other address of the Respondent No. 6. However, notice issued in the Interim Application No. 1910 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024, being the Application for stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 28.08.2023 to the Respondent No. 6 was returned with the remarks "incomplete address". 3.
In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Interim Application No. 1723 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
