We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for sometime. The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions as to whether the Respondent No.2-Commissioner, State Excise Department has undertaken the exercise as directed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal under the impugned order. This exercise was to be undertaken within a period of four weeks and that period has now come to an end.

Stand over to 29/02/2024 by which date the result of the aforesaid exercise shall be brought on record. This exercise is subject to final outcome of the writ petition.
