The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 has tendered copy of order dated 28th February 2024 that has been passed by the Joint Commissioner (Administration), State Excise thereby treating the absence of the said Respondent from 11th August 2020 to 10th August 2021 as period spent under extra ordinary leave without pay. The learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 submits that he would make a

Sayyed 18-IA.1824.2024.doc representation to the Respondent No.2 seeking his posting at Mumbai even on a non-executive post considering the advanced stage of his mother and for other reasons.

The Respondent No.3 is free to make such representation by 26th March 2024. If such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the Respondent No.1 within a period of one week from the receipt of the same.

Put up for further consideration on 4th April 2024. 4.
