This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for deleting the name of Petitioner No.8 and adding the name of Applicant

as Petitioner No.8(a) on record.

I have perused the Inteirm Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b'. Petitioners are permitted to carry out the amendment and implead the Applicant as Petitioner No.8(a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended Petition be served on the other side.

Interim Application No.1939 of 2025 is disposed. INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1941 OF 2025 6.

This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicants for deleting the name of Petitioner No.6 and adding the names of Applicants as Petitioner Nos.6(a) and 6(b) on record. 7.
