Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 134 days caused in preferring the Appeal. 2.

Office noting indicates that the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been duly served and service upon Respondent No. 3 has been treated as good service.

Today none appears for the Respondents. There is no reply filed opposing the Application for condonation of delay. 4.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is Insurance Company and before the order could be challenged by the Insurance Company they were sanctions and approvals required to be obtained which resulted in delay of 134 days Shubham Talle 1 of

I have perused the Application. The impugned Judgment and award was passed on 21st July, 2023 and it is specific pleading that the file was sent to the head office for seeking approval and thereafter papers were sent to the panel Advocate for the purpose of filing of the Appeal. The delay of 134 days has been sufficiently explained in the Application and hence the same stands condoned. 6.

Interim Application is allowed 7.
