This Application is filed seeking stay to the judgment and order passed by the learned Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act. Amount of Rs.8,73,880/- is deposited as per the award. He therefore seeks stay to the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Considering that the claim was filed by the heirs of the deceased workman, it would be appropriate to grant stay to the impugned judgment and order subject to condition that Applicant shall not object for disbursal of the 50% of the amount to the claimants i.e. Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
