This application is for bringing on record the names of heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4. There is a delay in filing the application. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the reasons for delay are explained in the application in paragraph no.7. As per the office remark, heirs and legal representatives are served. I have perused the application. The reasons stated in the application are justifiable and acceptable.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Amendment to be carried out within three weeks. 5.

After the amendment is carried out, office is directed to issue notice of admission of second appeal to the added respondents. 6.

In addition to Court notice, learned advocate for the applicants to serve the added respondents, by private notice and file affidavit of service.
