Heard Mr. Pandit, learned Advocate for Appellant and Ms. Kadu-Thakur, learned Advocate for Respondent. 2.

Parties have reconciled their lis and filed Consent Terms which are taken on record. Consent Terms dated 13.03.2026 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. They are running into 12 pages. The execution clause of the Consent Terms is at page No.9. Consent Terms are signed by Appellant; Respondent; Advocate for

Appellant; Advocate for Respondent; confirming party - Vimalbhai Mahadeorao Upadhye identified by Advocate - Trisha Kadu - Thakur. 3.

Rights and obligations stated in the Consent Terms qua each of the respective parties are taken as solemn undertaking given to this Court. Parties shall abide by the same and shall also ensure that they maintain confidentiality of the terms. The Consent Terms shall form part of this order.

For sake of confidentiality, parties shall be entitled to apply for a certified copy of the Consent Terms which have been filed in the Court.

Order in terms of Consent Terms.

Liberty to apply in the event if any of the compliances remain.

7.

Family Court shall draw the decree under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a period of two weeks from effective compliance of the rights and obligations as stated in the Consent Terms by the respective parties.

All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the Bombay High Court website for implementation of Consent Terms.

9.

Family Court Appeal (Stamp) No.36073 of 2024 is disposed. In view of disposal of Family Court Appeal, pending Interim Application is also disposed.
