By referring to the statement made in the application, Mr. Swaraj Jadhav, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that because of the fault of the then counsel appearing in this case, the Petitioner remained absent on that day. However, Petitioner is not responsible for the same. Learned counsel for the Respondents have not contested such submissions made by the counsel for the Applicant.

In view of the above, we are inclined to allow the application.

Order dated 12st March, 2024, therefore, stands re-called. 6.
Writ Petition is restored to its original file. 7.
Interim Application stands disposed of.
