It would be appropriate to call for a reply since a foundational question has been raised, namely, that the Arbitral Tribunal was unilaterally appointed. Should the appointment have been unilateral, prima facie it would appear that merely granting an opportunity to deal with the claims made before the arbitrator would not cure the issue of unilateral appointment. Be that as it may, it would be appropriate to consider a reply from the Respondent. Let such reply be filed no later than April 8, 2025. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed no later than April 14, 2025. 2.
