This application is filed by the applicant/appellant in the above proceedings arising out of the impugned judgment and order dated 28 April 2022, passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibaug in L.A.R. No.1184 of 2000 (Old L.A.R. No.106 of 1998) for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the said First Appeal. 2.

With the assistance of learned counsel for the parties, I have perused the application for condonation of delay. As set out in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of the application, delay has been properly explained and sufficient cause for filing such delay has been made out by the applicant/appellant.
